The Dues Letters Have Been Mailed!

The new 2007 dues letters have been sent out to all of our members.  Anyone who has a question regarding their bill should contact the President, Leonard Murphy at   lmurphy@madroneranchhoa.com  or write the council at:

                                                   Madrone Ranch HOA

                                                   P.O. Box 728

                                                   Dripping Springs, 78620

Hays County Commissioners Board was re-writing the guidelines for home and business development in Hays County.  This action was stopped  as the newly elected Hays County officials  wanted to make sure this action was still needed.  Anyone who would like an issue to be presented at the next meeting, please contact Kenny Teague at kenny_g_teague@yahoo.com.

The Year in Review—2006

This year the Madrone Ranch Home Owners Association made good progress.  In summary the council held several meeting and were able to accomplish several milestones:

             1.  Revived the Madrone Ranch HOA and Madrone Ranch Architectural Board

             2.  Began collecting dues

             3.  Setup a bank account for collecting and disbursing funds

             4.  Setup a website to try and reach more of the homeowners with pertinent                       information about our HOA.

             4.  Held elections to fill vacant positions

             5.  Began revision of Deed Restrictions (this work is still pending and will probably be              ready for review by 09/2007).

We fully expect 2007 to be an even better year than 2006.  The HOA counsel will be holding regular meetings in 2007 to create new milestone goals.  We will be posting these on the website as soon as we finalize this listing.

The last meeting of the Madrone Ranch Homeowners Association was held on August 17, 2006 at 7:00 PM at the Dripping Springs City Hall.  The meeting minutes are posted. The next meeting will be held in March 2007.  The time and place will be posted on this website as soon as finalized.
